These terms govern your use of snazzyworks.com. By using the site you accept them. Our registration details are at the foot of this page.

What this site is

This is a corporate information site. It describes who we are and what we operate. It sells nothing, takes no orders and no payments, and has no accounts to register for.

If you want to buy something, you are looking for one of our brands, and your transaction is governed by that brand’s terms and policies rather than these:

Nothing on this site forms part of any contract you enter into with either brand. Where the two disagree about a purchase, the brand’s own terms govern.

The brands

Astroyana and Rudraksha Kavach are sister brands operated by SNAZZYWORKS. Neither is a parent or subsidiary of the other, and neither is a separate legal entity — both are trading names of the same sole proprietorship. Each runs independently, with its own storefront, support and policies.

Using the site

You may read this site, link to it, and quote from it with attribution. You may not:

  • use it in a way that breaks any applicable law;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to it or to any system connected to it;
  • probe, scan or test its security, or interfere with its normal operation;
  • use the contact form to send unsolicited commercial messages, malicious content or anything unlawful;
  • scrape or automate against it in a way that degrades service for others.

We rate-limit the contact form and may decline to respond to messages that appear automated or abusive.

Intellectual property

The content of this site — text, layout, graphics and the SnazzyWorks marks — belongs to SNAZZYWORKS or is used with permission, and is protected by Indian and international copyright law.

SnazzyWorks™ — a trademark application is pending. The mark is not yet registered, and we identify it accordingly. “Astroyana” and “Rudraksha Kavach” are marks used by our brands.

You may quote short extracts with attribution and a link. Republishing substantial parts, or presenting our material as your own, requires our written permission.

Accuracy

We take care to keep this site accurate and current, but we make no warranty that it is complete, correct or up to date at any given moment. Descriptions of what our brands offer are summaries — the brand’s own site is authoritative on its products, prices and terms.

Nothing here is professional advice of any kind: not legal, financial, medical or otherwise.

Availability

We do not guarantee that the site will be available uninterrupted or free of errors. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it without notice.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SNAZZYWORKS is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from your use of this site, or from any inability to use it. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful — including liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Because this site sells nothing, it creates no consumer transaction and no obligations of sale. Those live with the brands.

We link to our brands’ sites and may link elsewhere. Linking is not endorsement, and we are not responsible for the content, security or practices of any site we do not operate. Once you follow a link away from here, these terms and our privacy policy stop applying.

Privacy

How we handle personal data from the contact form is set out in our Privacy Policy.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from them or from your use of this site is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Pune, Maharashtra.

Grievances

If you have a complaint about this site or about how we have handled your data, write to hello@snazzyworks.com. We acknowledge within two working days and aim to resolve matters within 30 days.

Changes

We may revise these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and the version in force is whichever is published here when you use the site.
